Export .csv to .xlsx with formats

 
How could I convert a .csv file to .Xlsx, with the excel connector maintaining column formats. 
I can already convert it with the SaveAsName property, however it changes the original column formats, how can you give it those formats?

@FredyArango One of the option could be read the csv , create the page list from the data & then create excel based on the excel template ( which have your formats defined) with the page list clipboard data 

Please be mindful of the number of records you are handling if you are choosing this approach.
