Setting Ticketing under Assignment

I have made a Simple Flow for understanding Ticketing under Assignment

As shown in the attached picture .

Under the First Assigment , i have given
Ticket name and displayname to SkipFlowStep

But there is no change in output behaviour

I even mentioned Ticket name and displayname to ToMyBottleFlow (which does not exists )

But now alos there is no change in output behaviour

Please tell me a simple example when we will use this Ticketing and what to mention under ToMyBottleFlow ??
