Question regarding using Ticket Shape Under a Flow
Could you please let me know When we actually Use a Ticket Shape in a flow ?
Initially my understanding is that
Question 1 : It is basically a Go to Statement in terms programming language ( TO jump to a Flow)
If this is true , we can achive that through Sub Process Shape know ??
Question 2 : It is used basically to route when Exception occurs inside a Flow ?
If this is true , we can achive this through Decision Shape Know ?
Is there any difference between the actual Ticket Shape and the Option Provided under Assigment Ticket Options
