Cloud Instance not available for Practice

Hi,

Under Practicing what I have learned - There is a link to open the Cloud Instance. I have to always request the cloud instance and further it tries "Provisioning Cloud Instance" and it waits for 15 mins. But even after completion on 15 mins, still Open Cloud Instance button is not available. Rather it again shows "Request for Cloud Instance".

Please advice what can be done here. An earliest reply would really be appreciated.
