For CPM 713 you can  raise a Support Request for Media  in My Support Portal (MSP).  Support team will provide you the media.

Hi Sravya,

To install CPM v7.1.3, you need to raise a SR to get Software Distribution Media. 

Below is the CPM v7.1.3 installation guide.

CPM v7.1.3 was released in October 2014. It is a pretty old version. 

There are newer versions available after it. The latest one is CS (Customer Service) v7.22.

Please double check if you really need CPM v7.1.3 or a later version.
