Repair flow configuration
Hi ,
I want to know how to repair flow configuration .
The error occur when i tried to route the assignment to particular operator .
can any one tell me the steps how repair "RepairflowConfiguration". with a short example.
Please see the attached details in the sheet.

Hi Mahesh,
Error says that routing information is not provided properly. Please cross check your routing configurations on the assignment if the routing information was provided correctly or not.
Also can you provide the screenshots of your flow and routing configurations on the assignment.

Hi Mahesh,
Please fix the routing configuration in your assignment first. Once that is fixed, you can try the following.
Click on 'Repair Flow Configuration' and then click on the 'Actions' button available in the top right corner and select "Restart problem flow from the beginning" option. After selecting this option, click on submit. The case will rerun the flow again. If the assignment routing configuration is corrected, then the case will go & sit in the operator's worklist as expected.
