SLA - OOTB utility to reset work object urgency

Hi All,

I have a requirement where I need to reset work object urgency again and again based on some scenario.

Is there any OOTB utility which can reset work object urgency?

Hi Saurabh,

From Pega 7.2, you can make use of pxAdjustSLA OOTB activity to reset your SLA defined on any step/assignment based on your requirement.
