GMU the Work object with Oldest work object CreateDateTime and not based on Urgency
Hi All,
Urgency will not consider for GMU. Oldest work object Create Date Time will be criteria for GMUing the Request.
As per my understanding logic would be pxCreateDateTime<@CurrentDateTime(); then the work object is eligible for GMU.
Please help me whether my logic is correct or not and suggest me how to do it.

Hello, what version of Pega Platform are you using? Is your goal to change the getnextwork behavior to pull by date and not urgency? If so I believe you would have to update the sorting in findAssignmentInWorklist or findAssignmentInWorkBasket (I believe the step is described as "Examine assignments in urgency order") I am not sure of all the places where this function is called but it is worth doing a rulecontent search and some testing due diligence.
