No save button on rule allocated to Change Request
Hi,
Sometimes, when allocating a rule to a CR, the save button is missing. For example a Proposition Filter. What could be the cause?

Some additional observations....
Latest occurrence analyst did not have save button on proposition filter assigned to CR.
Persisted over logging in and out.
Resolution was to click different instance accessed on bottom of Recents explorer on Marketing Portal sidebar.
Encouraged analyst to use close button for future and not just navigate off by clicking other menu items
Hypothesis of cause: Once the analyst opened prop filter in Mktg portal from CR landing page and did not physically use close button, opening the rule again from landing page did not open the version checked out to the CR (branch)

Could you elaborate on your use case ?
Is this a issue related to core platform (OR) specific to decision management framework ?
Is this issue sporadic ? Any pattern to when you observe the issue ? Any error on the screen (JS) / errors in the logs ?
Could you add screenshots to help us understand better ?

This issue is persistent.
1. A when rule created in Designer Studio . The When rule is checked in to unlocked ruleset .
2. The When rule get included in Application Overlay and assigned to a CR and thus gets copied into ruleset created by overlay.
3. The CR does not have save button on rule.
Is this because the original ruleset is unlocked?

Are you able to consistently reproduce the problem using the above hypothesis? if yes, please create a support request to take a closer look at the configuration details.

Hello All,
I have faced that issue. I did not see save button on proposition filter. then I realized that, I did not added which rules which are already defined on proposition filter in CR. I added it worked, but just for customer class, I have another class analytics It did not work even though class definitions are same.
Can you evaluate issue via this perspective ?, Your corrected answer did not work for me.
As a result, when you want to update proposition filter, you should add when rules also.
