We are using Pega CDH 8.6. We have marked some when rules as relevant but, they are not coming up in Engagement tab of NBA Designer. They are also not coming up in Plan stage Engagement Policy tab of a change request when we are creating actions through a change request in Ops Manager portal. Even when rules created in @baseclass are not coming up. Please help.
@KAISAR_NOOR Did you also select tags for relevant records? Each when rule needs to be mapped, if it is for eligibility you need to tag it. You can do it via Configure -> Application -> Inventory -> Relevant Records
I believe this process changed with 8.7
For the plan stage, I thought they are just text fields.
