I wanted to follow up with a strong recommendation against this behavior.  pxRequestor.pzIsPegaServerAvailable really only tells you if the server WAS available on the last attempt to contact it, but is no guarantee that the server WILL be available on the next attempt.  Offline was built to work in questionable networks where connection to the server may be lost at any time.  This when expression may be okay to user within a screenflow where a use just took an action and is quickly going to take a follow up action.  This gives you a smaller time window and a higher guaranteed that the status is accurate.  I would not use it in the surrounding Portal sections, as the window since that last exchange with the server could be much longer and lead to the UI lagging well behind the real state of server reachability.
