Unable to open Exercise System

Iam unable to open the Exercise system to do exercises in Pega .IT is saying user not identfied

"The information you entered was not recognized" after i enter the username and Password

We need some more information:

Which course are you trying to accomplish?

Are you using a virtual machine exercise system or trying to access an online (cloud based) exercise system?

Can you please provide steps you are going through and resulting screenshots so we can help triage your issue?
