Installing Pega Chat

Hi,

Currently we are using CSHC 7.2.1.

How to check whether we have installed pega chat in our system.

And how to get following data in-order to configure Pega Chat

Hi,

There is no separate Pega Chat software distribution. It is included in CS framework. But you need to follow the Chat installation guide to do installation and configuration.
