How to pull Operators list based on Skills
Hi All,
I have a requirement to display the list of operators in a drop down which are having a particular Skill in the operator ID. Is there any way to list out the operators based on skill.

Hi Anu,
You can use a parameterized data page (skill as param) to pull the operators from Data-Admin-Operator-ID class. Then in the response data transfer you can filter the list based on skill parameter.

Hi,
We had the same requirement, We wrote a report on class "Index-OperatorSkills". We joined "Data-Admin-Operator-ID" class and passed ".pyUserIdentifier" as parameter. We can filter this report with operator skills. Please find the attachment for the report we have created.
