Service request options is not visible
Going through the course in PDN i.e. "PEGA CUSTOMER SERVICE FOUNDATION > CONFIGURING A SERVICE CASE > How to add a service case to a category"
We are using Pega 7.2.
As mentioned in PDN course, not able find Service request options
Please guide.
