Service request options do not show
Hi,
My application is built on top of Pega CS, and we have added a few custom case types. But I have noticed in the Settings for those case types ─ and even some OOTB like Guided troubleshooting ─ the option Service request options do not show.
We think something is missing in the inheritance we do from Pega CS, but still, we could not find the solution for this... Any workarounds are welcome.
