Service request options do not show
Hi,
My application is built on top of Pega CS, and we have added a few custom case types. But I have noticed in the Settings for those case types ─ and even some OOTB like Guided troubleshooting ─ the option Service request options do not show.
We think something is missing in the inheritance we do from Pega CS, but still, we could not find the solution for this... Any workarounds are welcome.

Hello Jose,
Service request options will be displayed based on a when condition pyShowCaseSetting which is in Pega-Case-Settings-IntentTask class.
Inside the when condition, we are checking whether the application has built on top of customer service and intent tasks are created for those case types.
Please verify if anything is failing in your layer.

@josenavas This is a product bug. Please raise a Support Request and ask Pega GCS to share a hotfix. I see that a hotfix (HFIX-69339) is available for CS 8.5.1.
