Below are some of the considerations that I can think of: 1. Load distribution— Whether you want to process entire request load  in a single node or split it across multiple nodes

2. Requestor Pool Count— Setting the max Number of requestors that are idle or active(at service package)

3. Error handling mechanism— How do you handle failure scenarios, or retry mechanism

4. Real Time Processing Or Delayed Processing— Do you want to create the cases as soon as you get the request or do you want to wait till close of business before you start creating the cases
