DocuSign : Signed documents not received back
Hi,
I integrated docusign as per https://pdn.pega.com/integrating-docusign-pega-7-platform/integrating-docusign-pega-7-platform. Even though the Event Notifications are configured for "Completed", I didn't see documents returned back.
I read on PDN that pyURL on pyEventNotification has to be a publicly accessible URL. But at my employer it's intranet and URL is not publicly accessible. How to get these documents back as case attachments.?

As we are going to use V7.2.2 for Docusign integration project, I don't think we fall into this issue. Please confirm.

Hi Nikhil,
Did you check the unsigned document? does those get processed and attached to the work object? Any errors in the logs?
