users dropping off from work baskets
Hi:
We have a situation where users are 'sporadically' getting dropped off work baskets even though they were added. it is not a case where users were on vacations... any pointers? I will add additional findings as I continue investigation.

When you say users were sporadically dropped off the work basket, what does it mean for user to be "on" a work basket. Does it mean the work basket is listed on the user's operator record as one the user is allowed to view? And if so, does "dropped off" mean the operator record for the user no longer lists that work basket? Or are you talking about something else? /Eric

Yes, specific workbaskets were listed on a user's operator record and continue to be there. However, when the user logged in to their account (i.e. SSO etc..) and checked the workbasket tab, the workbasket disappeared.
I tested this case further by using a test operator (with similar credentials) and removed all workbasets from the user's operator records. I then logged as that person and noticed one of the workbaskets still listed.
In general, I am seeing discrepancies between what workbaskets I allow vs what workbaskets are actually being assigned..

I think some snapshots would help here. it's very important to annotate them so when we look at the photos we know whether it's an expected situation or an unexpected one, and if unexpected, what part of the picture shows the unexpected part.

Here are some screen shots. The first one shows where I removed the workbasket but the user continues to have access . In subsequent logins, I was not able to recreate the issue again.

Are you able to reproduce any of the scenarios specified in that Word document?
Did the issue occur only one time?
