Virtual-Box error: "Not a Host-Only Adapter interface"

Greetings!

I keep getting the following error when trying to start the "Pega Marketing Enablement 7.21 ML0" in Oracle VirtualBox

I have followed all the steps in the Exercise guide. Because there weren't any Host-Only Networks defined, I had to configure it myself, which I did according to the guide.

I have even tried uninstalling VirtualBox and re-installing. Still no luck.

Any help is much appreciated.

Hi,

Could you please let me know what operating system are you using

What exactly do you mean by "had to define host only network". The system should be configured that it just works.

Could you please include the page with network setting without any modifications.

Could you also check file-->network->preferences, do you have a Host Only network there? If not please add one.

Thanks for your reply.

I'm using Windows 10.

What I meant was that there wasn't any Host-Only networks defined. Therefore, I created one and added the values that were in the guide.

Got it working!

I added a new Host-Only network. Then chose that as the network in the practice system.
