Error when Adding Host only Network to virtual box

I have walked through the exercise guide and followed the steps. The only exception being to add a new network adapter as I already have an existing PVS for another course. however I am getting the error in the word document. I did not want to change the other network adapter as I do not want to break an existing system.

If you can not follow the exact steps from the document, would it be an option for you to use the cloud based exercise system?
