Applying a constraint based on Customer Preference
We need help on understanding was that Contact Policy can be defined at the organization level. Can you please elaborate a bit on how to control a campaign correspondence based on individual customer preferences such as 'only send me an email once per week'?
In our case, the correspondence to customer will be sent out using both outbound campaigns and multi-channel campaigns.
