How to change correspondence language based on user's preference

Hi

In a flow i have send correspondence emails to users based on some lanugage criteria french, english etc.. How can i change the correspondence rule altogether. Usually we have locale to take care of this.. but this is for the user who runs the flow not based on some property in a case.

Actually, we may as well circumstance based on the preference.. however, the language specific rules would be part of somecorrrule_fr rulesets.. Should i save them back to the core rulesets and then apply correspondence?
