Performance issues with Oracle 12c DB
We have recently upgraded the app from 5.4 to Pega 7.2 along with the Oracle 10g to Oracle 12c.
But now we observed that all the queries are taking huge time in Oracle 12c when it compared with 10g.
Does any one has any idea like is there any special settings has to be made at the DB level/ weblogic level etc.. Any help would be appriciated.

Performance is improved by making the below changes and we are still working on to improve further.
DB Cache increased to 16GB
Additional missing indexes created on 12c Database by DBA.

Hi SeethaRamaRaju,
Can you try dropping all the indexes and re-create again? Is not performed post upgrade
