BiX extract from Oracle 12c

Can the BiX extract from Oracle 12c be loaded into Oracle 11g database ?

Yes it can. We support all databases that are part of the our platform support guide for source and target. This is based on the assumption that the version of Pega platform that you are running does have support listed for both Oracle 12c and 11g.
