Create a new work object(case) from the present case
Hi ,
I have requirement where i have to create a new case from the existing case type .
Scenario:
when i click on the flow action which is declared by me in the actions of case type rule.There opens the section with some details required after clicking on the submit button i should be able to see another new work object created in a new window.
-Any suggestions please..I have heard there is a OOTB Activity for this,I have tried with some OOTB activities but still i was not able to do this.

Which all OOTB APIs have you tried and what are the exact issues that you are facing ?
Is the OOTB API not creating the new work object OR Is it not opening in new window?

We have many process to create the new work object. Please define your scenario how you want it to be. We have process in flow, activity , action etc...
