will pxForceCaseClose delete a case object from the Work Table also ?

Hi, We recently closed lot of cases in the test environment using a standalone activity which calls the pxForceCaseClose as there are parent cases and child cases involved. post execution noticed that one case was missing in the work table also. is this possible ? Can someone help to understand whether any exception scenarios could have caused this ?

pxForceCaseClose will do a lot, but not remove cases from a work table.

To help you, could you please provide more details -

1. what's the work classes of parent and child cases

2. what's the step page of Call pxForceCaseClose method?

3. How did you get the case id which was missing, if it's not in the work data table?
