Will pxForcecaseClose delete the data from DB too ?
I am using the pxForcecaseclose activity to close a case. But for most of the cases may data are getting deleted in DB as well. Its showing null. Because of that it is not fetching in RD as well.
Is this an expected behavior ? Can someone put your thoughts here

Deleting the data means delete of records from the work table or assignment table?

From work table. What I can see is for the cases closed via forcecaseclose entry in Work table is null expect case ID and two other properties.

Yes, pxForcecaseclose API deletes respective assignments in the workpage. In order to understand what all data is getting deleted. If you set UpdateHistory parametere to true, it will add a History entry about the Deletion of assignment.

Yes, it is deleting the open assignments, along with that it is deleting all the column values from the work table except few columns like pyID and couple of more columns.
