PRPC7.2.1 overlay box doesn't resize to fit content if "center overlay" option selected

I am working on PRPC7.2.1 and trying to launch local action within an overlay box.

I found that IE11 doesn't resize the overlay box properly to fit the contents if "center overlay" option is checked.

However, the Chrome browser works fine with "center overlay" option.

Is this a known issue? Is there any HFix or Work-Around ?
