SAE 7.2 - Offline Pega designer studio not up/available yet?

I am not able to find the "download the exercise system". I found that the related content has 2 PDF files. Basically, I want the ovl/vmd which can be run in VM player so that I can practise the exercises in the exercise guide. Where can I find the ovl/vmd file?
