i am getting the above error when ever trying to create a new case in Expense Report case type in System essential demo lessons .

Please guide to correct this and proceed with creating a new case and proceed without error.

Hello Abinas,  I'm unable to replicate the error with the information provided.  Which course is this for?  Is this the first time doing the exercises?  Or are you repeating the exercises again?  If you are repeating them again, the expense report case type already exists so you will not be able to create it again.  If you would like a new exercise system.  Please contact [email protected] and request your exercise system to be reset.  Then you can do all the exercises again fresh.  Regards, Tara, Self Study Support Team
