PEGA 7.2 SAE - ProblemFlow_WorklistOpenFailFacilities_BER@TGB

I am testing my decision table which should route Facilities requests. However I keep receiving 'ProblemFlow_WorklistOpenFail' error on execution. Looks like 'Facilities_BER@TGB' is not available. Should I configured it somehow first...?
