Getting pop up while opening the assignment

Hi ,

When i am trying to open the assign from the review mode , i am getting the pop up with below content,

Application XXXX

W-XXXX is already open

would you like to reopen the item and lose any unsaved changes

it is happening for every assignment, please help why it is happening and how to solve the issue.

As rightly mentioned by Dharanitharan, its default behavior if already the work object is open. 

After logging into portal, when you open the work object for first time - then also you are getting the same alert message?

please check whether the assignments are completed and closed. Default Submit button automatically does that. if your have inserted a custom button , Give finish assignment action on click of that button.

Have you written any script earlier to supress this message? i think it is already based on pega client side js dirty flag. Can you check if threr is any changes to flag in impl layer.

Mahipal is correct. There are no custom scripts or any code modified. If you check in the product application itself (7.1.9), this issue exists. You may say this is default behavior, but it's incorrect and should be fixed by Pega. The fix below provided by Pega doesn't solve the problem.
