Why is Silverlight not getting installed using the OOTB flow(CreateMergeWordDoc)?
Silverlight is not getting installed when i am trying to generate the Word Doc through the OOTB flow(CreateMergeWordDoc) can any body let me know how can i achieve that?
Please help me to sort this?

Can you download and install Silverlight from here, Microsoft Silverlight? (You need admin privilege to install the software on your windows machine.)
Does your browser's security setting allow activeX or plugin running?

Have you reviewed your Operating System, MS Office, Browser and Pega versions with https://collaborate.pega.com/discussion/prpc-5x-6x-platform-support-guide-easy-find ?
It documents issues like Chrome versions with Silverlight, and MS Office 13 with Pega7 versions.
Also are you getting any error messages?
As you can search the PDN, which has Release notes and Support Articles for Silverlight installation and issues.
