how to resolve mbean privilege error when clicking on clipboard in sysmgmt 7.1.7

We are on Pega 7.1.7 using prpc system management console on a jboss application server. The SysMgmt screen displays fine and works okay. However under requestor management when I select any requestor and click on Clipboard I get the following error:

Access to the MBean operation/attribute RequestorManagement.Clipboard[java.lang.String] has been denied. If you believe that you should have access to this operation or attribute, please check your MBean security settings or contact your System Administrator

Likewise when clicking on Details I get:

Access to the MBean operation/attribute RequestorManagement.RequestorDetails[java.lang.String] has been denied. If you believe that you should have access to this operation or attribute, please check your MBean security settings or contact your System Administrator

This happens regardless what node I run prpc sysmgmt from or what requestor I am selecting.

Where do I go to setup MBEAN privileges?
