CTI Screen pop not rendering in IE11 prpc 7.1.7

Our CTI screen pop is not rendering in IE 11.  We are on prpc 7.1.7

In IE10 screen pop is rendering.

Compatbility mode is off using both IE10 and IE11.

Do you have the Developer Live UI (Rule Inspector) enabled ? if yes then please disable this, there were issues we faced in Pega 7.1.7 after upgrade to CPM 7R2ML2 while logging into CTI Toolbar on IE11. Disabling the Rule Inspector fixed the issue.
