What is the usage of 'pyAddRecentListItem' in PEGA 7.1.8?
Good Morning,
For opening an harness in new tab from user-menu in CPM Interaction Portal, we have customized the Data-transform 'pyAddRecentListItem'. This information, we have referred from @SA-12369.
we were able to open the harness in new tab but there are other issues.
1) At a time, Multiple tabs are getting focussed. Inorder to avoid this, my assumption was to set 'isSelected' property to true in the DT.
2) Once we have opened the work-item in the tab, we are not able to close it. we have maintained the length of pyRecordID to less than 32 characters.
3) upon click of tab which not current one, there is another tab getting created with same harness.
Please help to understand the functionality, how to address the above issues.

Thanks for your reply. Just wanted to know the reason, for asking the screenshot of 'CPMInteractionPortalWorkArea' (no offense, to increase my knowledge base). We have customized the rule and renamed it. The content of the rule is 'Dynamic container' which has harness embedded.
