Adjust case urgency

Hello,

I would like to adjust a case urgency. Should i update pxUrgencyWork  or pxUrgencyAssign? and which is the difference between the 2 property.

Hi Pahni, Thank you for your help, but could you please explain to me the difference between pxUrgencyAssign and pxUrgencyWork  ? and when we should use pxUrgencyAssign ?

  • pxUrgencyAssign: Assignment Urgency calculation. Calculated based on Urgency of Work, a manual adjustment and a (possibly) dynamic number that is driven by SLA
  • pxUrgencyWork: Expressions that calculate total urgency of Work object based on urgency of parties, class of work, SLA etc.

To add on to what Phani said, the way I think of it is pxUrgencyWork is for the entire life of the work object and pxUrgencyAssign is for that one assignment/step in the process.
