there are some rules that are no longer searchable in Pega 7. They are hidden.
There are some rules that are no longer searchable in Pega 7. I cannot find them by search. They are hidden.
One such example is, function rule "CheckWorkbasketRoles" in library "Default" in ruleset "Pega-ProCom".
My question is: how do I open them and view content so that I can understand their implementation? Or to customized them?

Regarding A - I believe you might be misinterpreting the "old:" - this is not indicative of "old" rules, but instead forces the search widget to use an older search algorithm (which does not abide by the "hidden" status of some rules).
Regarding B - I'm not sure - you might be able to run a report (under DesignerStudio menu > Process & Tools > Find Rules By Custom Field) to look for all rules with status: internal, though I'm not sure why you'd even want to as this list would be quite large.
In general, if you need to find a "hidden" rule, you should have a specific reason for wanting to find it.

Thank you David. Using "old:CheckWorkbasketRoles", I am able to find this rule in Pega 7 environment.
Not surprisingly, this rule has a status of "Internal".
My follow up questions are
a) can the "old:rulename" syntax be used to search for any internal rule, even if the internal rule is new? In other words, how to search internal rules, regardless of old or new?
b) Is there a way to find out all the internal rules?
