Some rules have TestID property and some do not
Hello,
We wish to update all TestID fields in Pega. Is there a way to do a bulk update of all TestID fields or do we have to push the button to "Generate" the test ID for each and every rule individually? Also, some rules have the TestID property and some do not, why is this?

This is only supported for a limited number of controls. And yes today, I believe you will need to manually click on these if you wish to generate a new one. But if you add a supported control to the UI, it should auto generate one for you. It's only when you wish to generate new ones you'll need to explicitly click.

According to the documentation Tour IDs are not available on all controls. It shares a similar list as the Test ID. But Tour IDs are supported for dynamic layouts. So theoretically you could place your control in its own dynamic layout. This may or may not meet your requirements. But I wouldn't recommend designing your UI like that for the sole purpose of being able to generate these IDs.
