As there are lot of enhancements done in Pega 7.1.9 but the Online Help system notes is not yet updated with the enhancement details
I have seen the Agents Concept in Pega has evolved a lot from its previous versions but the Online help system notes is not updated with the enhancements details
for Example:
Auto Queue management check box is enabled for all types of agents (Standard,Legacy,Advanced) so what is the significance of this feature?
I request Pega to update the online help notes.
