Loop on Perform Harness after update to Pega 7.1.9
Hi all,
We have just update from Pega 7.1.7 to Pega 7.1.9 and we have following issue:
Every time we perform an action under the Perform harness, new Perform harness is opened within the previous Perform harness, which ends up in a kind of Perform harnesses loop. (Please see screenshot and log attached)
We have a customized Perform harness but this it works fine in Pega 7.1.7 but not in Pega 7.1.9.
Does anyone face same issue? Which is the solution? Please advice, this is quite critical for our client.

Hi,
It is fixed now. The issue was caused by the Action section included in the Harness.
In previous versions than P7 'action' section was included in the harness. After upgrade it was recommended to use pyActionArea instead Action section for the perform harness if you want to refer to old development built in previous versions of P7.
Client didn´t do a full compliance upgrade, they´ve only done a tolerance upgrade... so they were missing this small change.

i cant see any screenshot attached .Can you update the post with screenshot of the same.
Also when you say that it is customized perform harness, I would like to understand the degree of customization made and also what is the behavior with out of the box perform harness ?
