Problems in the 14th lesson (Your First Marketing Assignment)
When I submit for execution the "ASG_Campaign" it runs "OK" sending emails and SMSs (in output file)... but it never goes to the "Completed" status and never ends... It should end after 5 minutes the emails have been sent, but it does not.
Another problem is that the Channel Volume Constraints are 50 for SMS and 100 for Email, but it sends one more! 51 SMS and 101 emails! This issue is a general problem.

Well spotted on the volume constraints front but I am afraid I don't have a good explanation why there are one out, I will raise a query with engineering for further clarification.
The program termination is dependent on an agent. The agent runs every half our so, although the offer flow completes/ expires after 5 minutes it may take sometime before the program actually completes.

I just had a confirmation from engineering that the Volume Constraint behavior you have reported is a bug. The issues has been fixed in the latest release of Pega Marketing 7.21.
