Problem running the second part of the first exercise.

Hi All,

I did the first part which is importing the .jar file, it said it went 100% OK.

Now the second part is proving a bit more difficult. Here is my log for it:

It is not possible to open the decision manager portal logged in as [email protected].

But if I go to Records > Organization > Operator ID

I will find: Administrator@DecisionManagerPortal

THis seems good but it does not open the portal!. All of these operators below either open decision manager studio or case manager without the decision manager portal being opened. Also tried the below ones with switch application. No luck. I would expect to see the decision manager portal logo/button

Hi Marco and others,

Regarding the first exercise: Decision Manager Portal – Setup Environment

It seems that on this exercise one has to 1. import a jar with a RAD and also 2, create an application overlay with some user/operation changes.

The jar import works 100%.   Then I see the operators on the second part are missing.  I search for the hints on where to click in the menus to create an application overlay. But there is no explanation on where to click in the menus to start the application overlay wizard.  Is that intentional?
