In task #2, we're told to prioritize the accounts. Not until I read the detailed tasks did it become that the LOWEST account rank should be used.
In the detailed information for task #2, the condition is listed as "Primary.Age < 19" . This should be <25

You have a point, we will make this more explicit.

Well spotted. Actually it is a typo. It should be 19 instead of 25. Please check solution video, which should always be a reference for you.

One more.
In step 7, the directions are to modify the CLV_Value in the HighRisk decision table to 30.
But in the solution video, this IS NOT MODIFIED.
Thus, the answer in the following quiz question is wrong (if you follow the instructions)
