Pega Marketing Prospect Import csv Problem

Hello I am not able to import correctly prospects in Pega Marketing. The import does work but the value in the columns are interchanged and some columns are also empty as shown below:

Any help would be appreciated , thanks!

what options did you select during import,

i suspect you may be using autogenerate uniqueid, hence it created empty rows, could you attach the xls file used in import.

Could you also tell which columns got interchanged?
