We are trying to leverage Pega OOTB CMIS and document upload feature for document management with EMC Documentum. We have enabled all CMIS related rules related configuration. We are able to create folder and upload files. But we are not able to achieve following:
• Version management
• Custom categories / meta data on files / folders

Version management & Meta data

• From service perspective, CMIS- class has individual parser and stream rules for Check-in, Check-out, and Delete-Checkout functions.  But these above functions do not have Service activities unlike Create Document and Delete Document.
• Version management are not supported in OOTB Pega document upload feature.
• How do we use Check-in, Check-out and Delete-Checkout features?
• How do we achieve adding metadata / custom categories?

​Does anyone have experienced same requirements and tried using CMIS?
