Setting additional META DATA to Link-Attach clipboard page

We have a requirement to include few additional Meta-data along with default meta-data available as part of the document integration. We use Sharepoint repository to place the documents.

Let us say, I want to keep docID(OBJECTID) and document category,etc.

Please guide me how to include these metadata in link-attach page?
