Need to override localization for date time control

I want to override localization for date time calender and it's format. Like for operator whose locale is es_ES (spainish), Date-time control should show months and days in english only, everywhere in calender (date picker) is getting localised according to operator's locale.

 

Can anyone suggest any solutions to this?
