changing the date time control behaviour

Hi Team,

As part of POC user need to register and download the confirmation of the exam form so user need to enter what day he is interested to write the exam we are using a date time control in the section and user flexible to select any date in the week days and he should not able to book the slot the next three dates and weekend dates they should be disabled by default

For example his current date is 25th september he can book slot only after 28 and only on week days.

Can you help me how to acheive this?
